Technology Services Agreement

Effective date: October 11, 2026

This agreement describes general terms for technology services provided by TG Tech Made Easy. Before work starts, the specific task, price, scope, and any special terms should be confirmed in writing through a quote, invoice, or service confirmation.

Please note: This is a general template, not legal advice. Review it for your actual business practices and applicable law before using it with customers. It does not replace a job-specific quote or a lawyer-reviewed contract.

1. Service scope and approval

We will discuss the requested service, the expected work, the price or estimate, and any known limitations before beginning. Work outside the agreed scope requires your approval before additional charges are incurred. Estimates may change if new issues are discovered; we will explain the reason and request approval before proceeding.

2. Customer authorization

You confirm that you own the device or account, or have permission from the owner to request the service. You agree not to ask us to access accounts, networks, devices, files, or systems without proper authorization or to bypass security controls unlawfully.

3. Backups and data loss

You are responsible for backing up important files, photos, contacts, and other data before troubleshooting, updates, repairs, resets, transfers, or software installation. Tell us before work if data is especially important or a backup is unavailable. Some actions can cause data loss; we will seek your approval before performing a step we reasonably expect may erase or reset data. Data recovery cannot be guaranteed.

4. Passwords and confidential information

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, security answers, or one-time verification codes by ordinary email or website form. When possible, enter passwords and verification codes yourself. Provide only the access needed for the agreed work, remain present during access when practical, and change temporary passwords afterward. We intend to handle customer information privately to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, subject to necessary service-provider processing and disclosures required or permitted by law.

5. Results and third-party services

We will use reasonable efforts to perform the agreed service, but we cannot guarantee every problem can be fixed, every account recovered, every file restored, or every device made compatible. Outcomes may depend on manufacturers, internet providers, software vendors, account providers, hardware condition, or other third parties. Third-party subscriptions and services are subject to their own terms.

6. Prices, payment, and additional costs

The agreed quote or invoice should state the service price and payment timing. Domain registration, hosting, subscriptions, software licenses, hardware, parts, shipping, taxes, and provider charges are additional unless expressly included in writing. We will seek your approval before adding work or charges outside the agreed scope.

7. Scheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Any deposit, cancellation fee, missed appointment fee, refund, or rescheduling rule must be disclosed and agreed before booking. If no special term has been agreed, contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Any refund or cancellation term is subject to applicable law.

8. Customer responsibilities

9. Privacy and records

We will seek to collect and retain only information reasonably needed to provide services, communicate, bill, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect systems, and comply with applicable law. Please review our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy for additional details. No online or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived or limited. Any allocation of responsibility for loss or damage must be interpreted subject to applicable law and the specific facts of the service.

11. Agreement for an individual job

Before service begins, the customer and TG Tech Made Easy should retain a written quote, invoice, or confirmation identifying the requested work, price, payment timing, expected deliverables, any exclusions, and any job-specific risks or cancellation terms. A customer should ask questions before approving the work.
